Cancellation Policy

At Sahina Dupatta, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and ensure a smooth order process for all our customers.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

Please include your order number in the message for faster processing.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any other social media platform will not be considered valid. Please use only official support channels.


2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy.


3. COD Order Cancellations

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before processing.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Frequent COD order cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of the COD option for your future purchases.


4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).

  • Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Seller Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order from our end in the following scenarios:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • The shipping address or contact details provided are incomplete or invalid.

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our fraud detection system.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and issued a full refund (if already paid).
