Shipping policy

At Sahina Dupatta, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and others.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch.

  • COD orders may require verification via phone or WhatsApp before shipment.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

📦 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499

  • A ₹49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499

  • In rare cases, additional charges may apply for remote locations (customers will be informed in advance).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number

  • A tracking link to view your shipment’s real-time status on the courier’s website

If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.


6. Delays & Unserviceable Areas

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

If your pincode is unserviceable, our team will contact you to cancel the order and process a full refund.


7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable:

  • A second attempt may be made by the courier.

  • If the courier is still unable to deliver, the package may return to us.

  • Re-dispatch charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate and reachable.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select pin codes only.

  • A nominal handling fee may apply.

  • All COD orders must be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.


9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
